Positively Exhausted

Podcast Host and Producer

I created and hosted a podcast that deconstructs how toxic positivity—the mandate to maintain a positive facade at all costs—undermines psychological safety, innovation, and retention in companies.

Through storytelling, interviews with workers and experts, Positively Exhausted examines how toxic positivity specifically impacts women and marginalized groups, creating a culture where authentic feedback is suppressed and real problems go unaddressed.

This work provides a critical lens for leaders aiming to build resilient, honest, and high-performing cultures in their companies.

Tech with a purpose

Mentorship and Social Involvement

My commitment to community involvement spans continents, with experiences ranging from student organizations to tech and design work in Brazil, South Africa, Slovakia and Canada. My passion lies in the intersection between tech, politics and human rights.

As a Student Fellow at the Creative Destructive Lab, I first delved into Toronto's startup community by organizing events and mentoring startups in AI and Space. As the President of Access to Success at Rotman, I led a team that championed accessibility and mental health within the student community, including a case competition focused on diversity, inclusion and tech.

I have been involved in mentoring, user-centered design, strategy and event organizing at the Women in Management Association, the Rotman Business Design Club and the Forté Foundation, and event organizing at the SexTech TO Conference.
